My Story

I was born in Pakistan, educated in the US, and have been living in Japan for over 20 years.

I have always been driven by a desire to achieve success, and have had a fulfilling corporate career that spans 3 decades.

However, despite my professional accomplishments, I struggled to find true confidence and purpose in my life.

I was caught in the cycle of "just enough", always striving for the next achievement, but never feeling fully satisfied or fulfilled.

It wasn't until I took a leap of faith and left my corporate job to explore my passions and purpose that I discovered my true calling as a coach.

The journey was not always easy, and there were times when I faced self-doubt and uncertainty. But through my own personal growth and development, I found a deep sense of purpose in helping others discover their own confidence and purpose.

Now, as a Professor and coach, I have the privilege of supporting individuals as they navigate their own journeys of personal growth and development.

I use the frameworks and skills I have learned to help my clients build the lives they truly love, and I am constantly inspired by their resilience and determination.

Coaching is more than just a profession for me - it is a calling, a way for me to make a positive impact in the world.

I am deeply grateful for the opportunity to serve others and help them realize their full potential.
